how do I get buff and pretty big

well I am strong but I want to be buff if you no what im saying well im strong and im skinny hows that gna help???

hit the gym…start weight training…drink protein shakes

Eating well. 5-6 meals a day. If you’re skinny right now, just lifting weights will give you great definition. Protein shakes especially after workouts. I would run 2-3 times a week, but if you’re skinny it’s not needed as much because your metabolism is fast. You need to eat foods that fuel your muscles. Protein is the biggest. Fish, chicken, read meat, potatoes. Just keep at it, and do every rep until your muscles give out. You’ll start seeing definition and you won’t want to stop. Good luck.
