How do I fix my computer, it does not download anything?
Whenever I try to download anything on my computer … [itunes, oovoo, flash java script, etc.,] it gets hlfway through the process then freezes at one spot and does not download. I dont know what to do or what caused this problem. I have an HP pavilion entertainment PC, only a year old. And also, whenever I try to use office max, it juss freezes up and I get stuck having to use wordpad… help..??
It sounds like the hard drive is going out or a virus. My bet is the HDD is dying. I’m sorry but HPs are notorious for the problem. I would find your warranty and send it in to get fixed. Just to be sure I would run a virus scan in safe mode to see if it is a virus but I doubt it is.
