how do I find motivation to push myself after I lost it?

I need help finding motevaion again I use to be able to push myself so hard to be a champion I never missed practices or classes but now I find I cant even get outa bed I just feel beaten down I came to college far away from home to be a great wrestler but now I strugggling so much I just I need to find my spark please help?

That is just it find your spark again, I hate to be like the teacher but watch the movie ruby, he went through the same thing. College is way more competitive than high school. All you really have to do is reevaluate what you want in life see if it is the same, if not change it. It’s all up to you know if you can find your self again. Just remember to be yourself and it will all turn out good in the end. Just lay out the basic plan you want to go by get used to it and then you can “ad lib” the rest. good luck
