How do I crash my laptop?

A friend of mine deleted the administrator account and I cant recover it because I am not the administrator! lol! So I decided to crash the laptop and install windows vista but I dont know how… (also I can not download anything)

If you just put in the disc, it should start reformatting without the need to “crash” it.
