I already had my growth spurt…I think. My body is mature for it’s age. I started my period when I was either 10 or 11. How much do you grow in a growth spurt?

your 13 you do realise that youve only just BEGUN to go through puberty right? and that means that your only just beginning to develop and grow you should have a growth spurt soon just be patient and wait a few years

agreed with the above. Just because you started pmsing doesn’t mean you’ll stop growing. I started pmsing when I was 10, I was like 5ft 2/3 inches, or something like that I grew to be about 6ft supposedly you grow till you’re around 20

just because you started doesnt mean your going to stop growing. I got my period about 3 years ago and I’ve kept growing so dont worry. Oh and unless your moms a doctor I wouldnt listen too hard to what she says. No offense to her. But if both of your parents are relatively short you have a greater possibility of being short.

how old are you? if your under 18 trust me you aren’t done growning. actually most people stop growing around 16 or 17
