How can you get rid of tmj?

how can I get rid of scratches on my dog tags?? I got a lot of them!!! there are like 1000 of them on my fav dog tags :(!!

The bugs a large with a hard shell, antennas & about 4 legs. I find them around the sink but mostly in the cupboard.
