How can you dream of someone?

Hi I know it’snot exactly a love and relationship question but here goes… How can you dream of someone in the night (not daydreaming). There’s this guy I fancy and I want to dream of him…I know I sound a bit silly…but what should I do? I tried thinking about him but I never get a dream..or if I have one I don’t remember it! How do you dream about him (and remember it) thx guys xxx

keep thinking of him, do/act things that remind you of him for example play songs that remind you of him, you can look at a picture before you sleep and fall asleep thinking of him, the more you think and focus about something then it would typically be more likely to come up in a dream, this is by theory but no supported science behind it but there are hypothesis etc similar and related to this

say some tings when you are going to sleap like that youre on a that and say the things you like youre going to eat a pizza and keap saying things like that untill you sleap and in the morning youre stioll thinking about it whan youre half awake and when youre 100% awake you still now what you dreamd last night
