How can I tell if this guy likes me?
Okay so I have a cousin and his parents are divorced. His father’s sister’s son is in the same grade with me. When we were in middle school, my cousin would say little things like Johnathon likes you and stuff but I never took him seriously. Recently, his mother had been making comments similar comments about her son. Now, when we’re in school in the lunch line we’re joking around and he’s always quick to grab a hug and one day in the line he asked when were we going to get married and when I said never, he proceeded to ask my best friend. I’ve always thought it was a joke but does he really like me?
We wouldn’t be related if it were by blood, it’s basically a marriege and his uncle and my aunt divorced. That’s why I think it’s pretty weird.
I think it would be weird to start something with this guy since you guys seem to be distant family and are related. Stay family, stay friends.
