How can I stop this headache and cold?

I’ve had this horrible headache and cold for the past couple of days I dont mind the cold as much but the headache is horrible is there any way to get rid of it other then tablets and stuff?

you may have sinus infection and not a cold, check with your Dr. in the meantime if you do not want to take medication you can try steam inhalations with a vapouriser, or putting some eucolyptus oil in hot water in a bowl and covering your head with a towel over the bowl and breathing deeply. You may also want to use a netti pot to flush out the sinus cavities your local drug store should be able to make recommendations to assist you. Feel better soon.
