How can I prevent my hair from damagin??

if you don’t use protection for your hair when you flat iron it, it can do quite a bit of damage. it is not good for your hair to flat iron it everyday. try sometimes leaving it curly. do this by putting mouse in your hair before and scunch up your hair with the mouse. then use a blowdryer and blow dry your hair upside down, this is what I do and it works great! blowdrying it upside down gives it more volume and bounce and for it it makes my hair curlier. try using thermal heat protection (they usually come in spray bottles that say “protects hair against heat”. mine is called TRESemme vitamin-enriched heat tamer spray. it says it works with heat appliances and works really well. I usually only use this on my dry hair before I flat iron it, but you can use it with dry or wet hair. which ever you prefer, or both too.

umm it bad.. from what my hairstylist told me last time because I do it.. but if you are going to do it put some type of lotion treseme and loreal .. are the ones I use and they work pretty well…dont iron it while its wet because when you here the little sound thats you burning and damaging your hair… and btw since you have curly hair its good to condition it and leaving it on for awhile.

its not wise to use straightners everyday. I do and my hair is so damaged. schwarzkopf shampoo and conditioner is really good and helps your hair loads.
