How can I motivate myself to lose weight?
ok, so I started my diet a week ago and its bin going good…but I lack motivation. how can I motivate myself to keep going and exercise more a lot more? thanks
With my experience and working out a big thing for me is supplements. A great thing to do when your feeling unmotivated to workout and such is to take say a pre workout drink or pill. NO EXPLODE and all nitric oxide supplements will give you energy and make you feel great and just wan to do stuff. It’s really worked for me. Hope it helps!:)
Think about the advantages you’ll have once you are far into your diet, also think about how your life will change for the better once you see the change in your body. Don’t give up.
