Why would you want them to stick out? You’d look a bit too skinny, and thats not good. But if you want to lose a little weight, try these tips::

Eat 4-6 small meals a day Drink at least 8 glasses of water a day Do at least 30 minutes of exercise Look on nutrition labels for low fat and low calorie foods

I want my hipbones to stick out and my chest ones, I don’t want to be anorexic and I don’t have an easting disorder, I just think it looks nice.. is there anyway except forcing yourself to bath?

ugh I want to no to. not look anorexic or anything but I have stomach fat and I want it to go away I just want my hip bones to look noticable..
