How can I lose weight fast?

I put on a few pounds over the summer I feel awful about it. I hate looking in the mirror im always bloated. && I feel like everyone can tell I’ve gained. Whats the fastest way to lose all this pug I have ?

hiya i used some slimming tablets to lose some un wanted weight. have a look on the internet for “silver. the slimming tablet” they ar good and i lost 5 lbs in a week of taking them. also if you have one near you , gymophobics is a great gym to lose weight i lost half a stone in a few weeks jus going 3 times a week 4 half hour and i werent dieting at all.

The fastest way is to eat natural foods, like whole grain breads, pasta, rice and breads, cereals, cut out processed foods, and cheese. Eat lean meats like skinless chicken, turkey breast, loin type meats and fish,. Eat fruits and veggies, snack on seeds and nuts, in small quantities. Cut out presweetened drinks like soda and drink lots of water. cut down on sugary snacks and salty snacks. Smaller portions and healthier choice and alot of regular exercise 3-4 times a week
