How can I lose weight?

I am 15, 5’2”, and 100 pounds. I really want to lose 5 pounds. How can I do this in a healthy way? AND FAST!

well im just gonna answer your question for you..you can start by just eating fresh produce and watching your kilojoule count by looking at packeted things nutrition table thing and googling stuff..but heres some tips

  • Dont eat alot at night
  • Dont eat alot of carbs and if u do make sure its wholemeal for breads and stuff
  • drink alot of water but ,make sures its 1 hr before or after you eat so that it doesnt dilute your stomach acid, hench indigestion
  • snack on fruits -spicy foods are good to boost your metabolism
  • dont eat afew large meals; have small portions of food every 3 hours
