How can I look my age or older?

I’m 4’10”, 13 and 85 pounds, I have a baby face and no figure. I wear a little tan, pink, or purple eyeshadow everyday and a little mascara sometimes too. I look 8! How can I look my age? What clothes would look good and enhance my breasts (well, breast buds)? I have blue green eyes and blond drown hair. Any makeup tips? What haircuts would make my face look less round? How can I act to seem older but not come across fake? Thanks for your help! anything is helpful.

Okay, I cut my hair shoulder length w/ layers and I still look eight… I think my genetics have simply cursed me and I hope my youthful looks last well into my fifties… lol

your should enjoy looking young now because before you know it your gonna wish you were thirteen again :) but you can buy some push up bras for your boobs, get your long hair cut in layers and maybe add wispy bangs. try a pretty plum colored smokey eye and some pretty, light lipgloss.

13 year olds dont look there age by having enhanced boobs or by wearing make-up or anything else 13 year old look like kids because they are kids and they have baby faces and childlike bodies and small boobs because there still kids and either havent or have only just started to go through puberty if you want to make yourr boobs look bigger, you want to look older, not your age

Wear make up, foundation, powder and all that. To enhance your breast you can wear push up bras. For your hair, if its long you should curl it. (:
