How can I help my sunburn

I have sunburn on my face and it really hurts I tried putting lotion on it but it makes it sting more dose anyone know something that could help it sting less or get it to heel faster

aloe vera, or an aftersun lotion.

and put a cloth that was soaked in ice water on your face. ice is excellent for soothing burns.

Cloths are rough, that’s why they hurt…you have to make sure you don’t rub, only set them gently on your face.

You can get aloe vera at any pharmacy.

Don’t put lotion on it - that will trap the heat in making the burn worse.

Cold cloths and aloe vera are the only things you should put on a burn…you’ll have to let it run it’s course.

Aloe vera with lidocane in it. Pop it in the fridge before putting it on.
