How can I have the best party ever?

Okkay, my birthday is December 23 and right now im planning my sweet 16, sooo I was wondering if any of you guys have ideas, what should my party theme be? what kinda music should I play?, what kinda food and drinks should be there (jell-o shots a good idea?), how can I make EVER 1 dance because I have been sweet 16’s already and they were boring because no one was dancing.
