How can I grow my fingernails?

Take lots of calcium, don’t bite your nails, and cut your fingernails straight across (not crescent shaped, as it gives you in-grown nails).

I’ve always had crappy nails. like really really bad nails. I’ve tried everything from supplemetns to polishes to rubs and treatments, nothing worked. and this great polish called Duri has dont WONDERS! they sell them in duane rede and cvs as well as salons and boutiques. They come in small rectangular boxes dark dak blue (amost black) boxes, and there is a pictures of the polish bottle ont he front. There are several kinds and the one I use is clear light pink, called Rejucavote. The slogan ont he box is “from dying nails to nails to die for” you can also order from www.duri.com, since I see you’re in IL and this is a Brooklyn,NY based company. although you never know. I can find it anywhere in ny, even in duane rede then you guys might have them too.
