How can I get asked out instead of being hooked up with once?

There is this guy who has been hitting on me and I want him to ask me out, but I’ve always just hooked up with guys before. How can I get him to go for the relationship?

Don’t hook up with him before you guys date. If you do that than your giving off a fibe that your kinda easy. but tell him how you feel. Tell him your looking for a relationship. Not a fling.
