how can I get a 6pack? I think I have a 4pack.

ok, well im an athlete but I’m kinda chubby.. I go to the gym on mondays for an hour or so.. I go training every thursday, I go to athletics on fridays and I workout at home, like I use my new 2.5KG dumbells and I do situps.. I do 100 reps with the dumbells on one arm then I switch over.. is that enough per day to get some muscle there? or do I need to do more? give me a number and I will do them.. I am all for giving this a shot. and as for the situps I do about 100 each night, again is that enough to help showing a 6pack? I have a stomach (kinda chubby) and I think I have summat as when I tense my stomach it goes hard. how can I decrease the amount of fat & sugar I eat? any help is greatly apprecaited.. cheers!

u said that you were kinna chubby, that might be the problem. if you can see part of the 6 pack (hence the 4 pack) you probably have the tone needed but the fat is in the way, try to put more effot into losing the fat but at the same time maintain the muscle you have there:

I advise just jogging once or twice a week for about 30 mins.

hope it helps: if you want any more help add as a friend and msg me, ill b happy to help.

I do 25 reps of 16 weight dung-bells 3 times swapping arms after each rep.. now as for the 6 or should I say 4 pac you should, when you go to the gym do sit-ups an a elevated slope feet at the top head nearer the ground.. eat green vegetables- yum- and less donuts…lol
