How can I find the answer to this Chebyshev's theorem problem?

For my homework I am trying to solve two problems of Chebyshev’s Theorem. There is nothing in my statistics book that helps me out. Can I get an idea on how to solve this?

“Using Chebyshev’s Theorem and given that n=600, find the NUMBER OF DATA ITEMS that are:

  1. 1.72 standard deviations from the mean.

  2. 2.48 standard deviations from the mean.
