How can I clear my face of blemishes in one week?

Okay so the day before yesterday my face just randomly started to break out and I have like 5 mmore zits on my face now, I dont know why and I dont use makeup its probaly because I just have an oily face naturally but I want my face to be clear by the end of vacation which is in a week so I wanted to know how can I clear my face or reduse the size and redness in a week or so.

did you just have your period? usuallly around that time of the month girls get more bumps and such, drink LOTS of clean water!! and it wil rinse out your body and clear up your face!! :)
