How can a felony be expunged in california?

I was charged with a felony back in 2004 for a dui accident with some injuries. I have since then paid all dues. Completed all programs requierd, and completed 0probation with excellent reports from my p.o. I just hope I do have another chance after such a mistake in my life.

I dont know if its the same in california but here in ohio after you stay out of trouble for so long you talk to the judge and get a trial and stuff and they will expunge it from your record if they think you deserve…check with the local court ask

I think it take time, after so much time has passed and you keeping a clean record then and only then will it get nollied
