How can I make my boobs smaller?

Exercise… You will need a good “workout bra” to keep the tendernous down from bouncing about, but you will see a reduction in breast size as lean muscle builds and fatty tissues decrease. I know exactly what everyone is going through.. I used to have 36DDD’s and didn’t fit in those anymore, I got so sad and depressed, that I opted for a breast reduction at 19… After the surgery.. I was down to a 36C I am now 24 and back into a 36DD :( They just won’t stop growing…I guess I’m just unlucky.. I know lots of people that had the surgery done ( I.e my mom ) and she stayed the same size a nice perfect 36C…

* For people who are opting for breast reductions.. you should talk to your doctor… the government covers surgery if you are over a certain size… DD. I got my done for free in a hospital in Oshawa, Ontario CANADA.. :)

ok it depends somtimes on what kind of bra u were try a sports bra and see what that does for you…

why would you want to? Its great for foreplay and its a feature most looked at by guys.

Diet and exercise is what I’ve been told, well actually it went “I lost all this weight and my boobs and butt were the first to go”.

I really really hope I don’t end up with man-boobs.

yeah, I know exactly what your going threw. im only 15 and I have to wear a 36 D. I cant wear a bikini, and I am too embarassed to change with my friends in dressing rooms because they were Bs and Cs and im huge! and I know they are just playing but sometimes they make fun of it, and I really want to know a great way to make them go down without getting a reduction because I cant get one because of money and age. so someone help!

DUDE! not every girl likes having big boobs I got big boobs and there not fun cause they make your back hurt and when you do sports they kinda don’t do any good when there going up an down.. and I know how you fell just buy a good sports bra and wear it when your going to bed thats what I do an mine went atlest a cup smaller and all they boys saying she needs to keep them big not all guys like big boobs so you can shove that up yout butt

I have the same problem, I can’t figure it out. I’m 16 with 34 dd’s and I can NEVER find a bra that freaking fits & I can’t wear any cute lowcut shirts because I’m only 16 and my mom won’t let me. if anyone figures this question out please let me know I’d love to be back down to a 34 c! (:

I KNOW EXACTLY WHERE YOU ARE COMING FROM.. I am an average size girl who feels extrememly fat because of my big boobs. shopping for clothes and bras are nightmares for me.

I think exercising; jogging-running is the best way because if you look at the athlete women runner their boobs mostly always small

As embaressing as it sounds, I forced myself to wear a Vest in school 6-8th Grade cause they Wouldn’t Stop Growing and I wanted to Chop chop them OFF!!!

I Always Loved to run, but now they’re too big and when I Try, Feels like I strapped 2 big rocks on my chest and is leaning me forward. ha.

Answers please. I tried inventing the ‘Press Bra’ to make you completely Flat by sewing Boning into the bra(that didn’t work), but Bra’s these days and their designers SUCK! All they care about is PUSH-UPS for the boys!! Total bad influence. If anyone know of Where and HoW to find a press bra or minimizer, Please Do TeLLL ! Thnks

I’m just the same as you, ahscheerleader. it sucks. I’ve been a 34DD since 8th grade. I hate not ever being able to find a good bra my size.
