How to recover from a friend's death?

How to recover after a friends death in october 31st 2007 my friend/ex commited suicide idunno if I can get thru this im so sad and somtimes depressed and cry myself 2 sleep I was just wandering do you recover or do you feel this way all your life?? Because if there is someone out there that there friend died message me if not thats ok you can answer thanks so much -pooka

I have a lot of friends who have attempted suicide… that alone is one of the most painful things I have ever felt. I dont know what I would do if any of them actually died. I would be really messed up. but time numbs u, thats all you can hope for

yeah I’ve gone thru a lot of death, actually within the past 6 months. you need to talk to someone, it really does help… one thing that HAS helped me so much to is being an anti-depressants.

Save the memory of your friend in your soul like if he/she was alive but somewhere far from you. Time to time try to share your imperessions and feeling with him/her like he was next to you. Not only the sad moments but also the your cherful and sunny moods. Everybody is alive till he/she lives in the sould and memory of the relatives and/or friends. Your friend decided to leave this life but he/she “feels” happy if you share your emotions with him/her in your soul. He/she wants to “feel” that you are really living and not dying after him/her.
