Is the hair dye- permanent or not- at Hot Topic good??

yes it is REALLY good I bought some last year for halloween it was a dark purple). and its still in my hair, altough now its a lightish purple almost pink but it was only supposed to last for about a month or two so I say its really good dye =]

its okay but make sure you let it sit for a LONG time it says like 15 minutes on the bottle but I would say wait about 45 minutes

Yes - the hair dye they sell is good. It doesn’t matter if it’s permanent, simi-permanent, or temporary - it’s all good quality just like everything else they sell.
