is useing a hot oil treatment everyday for a week bad for your hair?
It isn’t good for your hair and as a hairdresser I NEVER EVER recommend it. I would recommend using a deep conditioner at home that you can use in the shower leave in for 5 mins and rinse out, or a leave in like sebastian potion 9
ichibanarky is right try to limit your use to once a week if you can
You don’t need it every day - it’s not harmful, but it is pointless.
