My partner left me because of my chemical dependency. If I can remain clean for at least 6 months, is there a chance we can get back together?
Dear tkarian, Probably not…if you are in rehab they will have told you that your past while doing drugs is best left in the past. If you are not in rehab then you need to be…even though you’ve been clean for 6 months rehab can give you skills to stay clean. There is support there, experience and acceptance there. Do your self a favour and enter a program…it will be the best way to ensure that you stay clean. Sue…good luck
