How to learn fast typing?

How can I learn to type fast and without looking at the keyboard?

you need to know the fingering for the home keys. Actually, I was taught in school during computer classes with the typing tutor.

you can get programs for your computer which can teach you to touch type, they’re quite good.

ever heard of that typing program? “all a write type”?…lol it’s what I used in school to practise my typing skills… and it’s pretty good! :P

I have a very cheap software for typing and I used it to practice typing, Actually, Now I am typing without looking on the keyboard. And my WPM is 63. if you want to learn you have to memorize first the letters designation on the keyboard and the corresponding finger for every letters. You don’t need to enrolled in a keyboard class. ATI is the name of my typing software, I like it instead of Mavis Beacon.
