Is it okay to do a hood piercing at home?
is it ok to do a hood piercing at home if you have all the stuff to do it and how bad does it hurt to get it done ?
TOTALLY would not recommend that. Not to anyone, ever. First of all, when you get it done by a piercer, you have a very high infection rate, you have to keep it clean at ALL times otherwise you chance a very serious infection. Second of all… when a piercer pierces it, he cleans and sterilizes the area, sterilizes the hollow gauge pierceing needles thats used for the piercing… so what I’m saying, if you do it yourself with a little sewing needle in your bedroom.. you won’t be happy with the finished product. you DEFINATELY will not, god bless you if you do, go through the pain of gauging an already possibly infected piercing…
but… its your body. and your hood.
Just as long as you know how to clean it and all the other procedures! Though I would becareful, because you have a very high chance of it getting infected!
really reallly reallly wouldnt advise that !!! omg I had mine done and it freaking hurt. you most def wont be able to go threw that with out help. seriously it hurts. and it can get really really infected. and you will loose a delicate part of you haha dont do it ever… unless done by a doctor. and if you want some good advice … I took mine out… after I had it done…really it gets in the way. and some guys look at it like you are a slut. sorry for being harsh. but its true.

I really REALLY would not do that at home.
My Hood was pierced by my Best Friend…Healing went fine and it didnt hurt at all.I have had my nose pierced and I would pierce my hood again before Id pierce my Nose !!
