make home made oatmeal cookies, most of the times simple recipes are on the box/container.

victoria sponge with loads of strawberry jam and cream

its pretty simple to make… infact its a peice of cake hahaha get it, peice of cake haah oh never mind lol

ok everything is equal…

150g of flower 150g of sugar 150g margarine 2 and a half eggs

if yiou want a bigger cake then just add more so you could have 300g of flower, sugar and marg and 5 eggs

mix everything 2gether split it between 2 sandwich tins chuck it in the oven middle shelf on 170 for 20/25 mins keep a eye on it after 15mins

done… it will be nice and springy to the touch… stick a knife into the middle to test to make sude the inside is cooked… if the knife cums out dry you made your cake lol

let it cool till you put your jam and cream in… just let them cool on a wire rack or summet and dont 4get to greese the sandwich tins too ;)
