Dry toast or crackers - will absorb some of the acid.

Answer #2

thank you so much i will try that =)

Answer #3

The general advice is to eat a bland low-fat diet and avoid carbonated beverages and alcohol. A lot of people find ginger helps sour stomach. You can try eating ginger (I don’t like it personally though my ex- MIL liked it enough to slice it up in salads), ginger tea, or ginger ale (assuming you choose a brand that actually has ginger in it) etc.

Past treating symptoms you should try to find out the root cause of your dyspepsia. It could be a food allergy or simply something you eat that doesn’t agree with you. Perhaps you just eat too rich a diet or too much soda.

Answer #4

Drinking Milk (without adding sugar).

Answer #5

Who adds sugar to their milk? (I think I tried commenting on this and it liked it)

Answer #6
