What's a high quality payroll software provider?

Payroll software of high quality and dignity. My organization is planning to change the currenly using payroll software to some high quality and with advanced facility one. Is there any dignified software company preferably in Mumbai to provide us dignified payroll software with some advaced management facility. I used a payroll software named Payroll Mate. I liked this program because I was able in a few minutes setup an employee, create a check, print it, and print form W-2

Most importantly is that it is very affordable (only $99), and of course I didn’t purchase the application before downloading the free demo and making sure it fits my needs.
