An internal exam, yes. Not just feeling the outside of your stomach. I have one but have gone on to have 2 sucessful pregnancies. It was discovered after I had my first miscarriage. I was seeing a regular OB/GYN during that pregnancy, but didnt like him. So after I got pregnant with my 5 year old daughter, I switched to a midwife, and during one of the internals, she had noticed that I had a tilted uterus and had ordered an ultrasound to check on the baby, and to see how severe it is. If you are concerned that you have a tilted uterus, ask the DR the next time to check. If s/he suspects that you do, they can order an ultrasound to check on its severity. Good luck!!
