ok. need to clarify a few things first;

how long have you been trying? on average it takes 3-6 months to actually get pregnant!

in reality, most women are only ‘fertile’ 36 days in a whole year! as in, you ovulate for 3 days every month…you normally ovulate on the 14th day AFTER the FIRST day of your last period… personally I would get the ovulation tests, normally 5 to a pack, calculate how often your period is (example above is on a 28 day cycle)

are your periods currently stable and regular?

one of the biggest factors for problems with concieving, above ALL ELSE, is worrying and stressing about it! seriously! you hear of couples all the time who try to get pregnant, then after a while they ‘give up’ - and that’s when pregnancy occurs - becuase they have stopped worrying about it…

having sex regurly is beneficial, as in every 2 days, but no more, evidence suggests that too much sex can reduce sperm count, so beneficial, although not essential - it’s all about the timing. but don’t turn sex into a ‘we have to do it NOW, I’m ripe!! - because thats only going to give you partner ‘stage fright’!

just relax, calculate your period and optimum ovulation time, do a test on the day you think you may be ovulating and go from there…

I realise that not getting pregnant immediately may be worrying, it creates a feeling of inadequacy and inability, but it SHOULDN’T, many couples take a while to concieve, and when you think about the complexity of conception and timing, it becomes like a task. work out your ovulation dates, book a few days off around that time with your partner, and just chill out relax and have fun with each other…

I hope it helped a little, funmail me if you have any concerns or would like more information…:)

Seafood and bake food help increase fertility.

Well, the best approach is to time your monthly cycle to have sex at the peak of ovulation, and for your partner to abstain for a week or so prior from all sexual activity to maximize sperm count. Also, avoid drugs, alcohol, caffeine and nicotine. All of these can reduce your fertility.

If that isn’t working, you or your partner might need medical intervention.
