I don’t think the colour of your skin is what you need to consider when looking for a facial cleanser - you have to find the one suited to your skin type.

Figure out if your skin is dry, normal, oily, or combination and then you can determine the best cleanser. You may need to experiment with a few different kinds until you find the right one for you. What works for me may not be the best choice for you.
