The answer is; discuss your concern with them. Don’t ignore bulimia signs and hope their binge & purge routines will go away or think that overtime they will grow out of their bulimic habits. Tell her dad to do some research, watch her eating patterns, etc, so that he doesn’t accuse her out of the blue and this way, you won’t lose her as a friend.

Also, it’s far more important to save your friend’s life, than to save your friendship with her, if you do care about her.

Tell their parents. Fact: 20% of people with bulimia die…I’m guessing you don’t want that to happen, so, it’s on YOU to tell an adult close to them to ensure they get help.

Bulimic. Talk to her and see if her teeth are rotting, also see her food eating patterns. If you really feel like she is talk to her mom or family. Better now than too late.
