Help me with bipolarity??

im Bipolar I take ABILIFY on occasion but im always mad my friends try to calm me dowit works then I hate people again and im ready to cry I know I have to take ABILIFY more often its just sum days I 4get and it really gets me. can you help me

Uhmmm I’m not bipolar anymore but I was and what always worked for me was secluding myself…

Or I’d go out for super long runs, and just think…

Or I’d take sleeping pills… and just pass out for hours… ( but I don’t think you can do that since your on Abilify… )

Like I just couldn’t stnad to be around people it made me depressed…

You could always ask your doctor for suggestions…?

With any medication - in order for it to work properly, you must take it as it’s prescribed to you.

You need to remember to take your medicine, write yourself a note or several and put them around the house reminding you to take them, set a medicine alarm, that when it goes off you are supposed to take your pill, do something that will make you remember.
