How can I resist tempting foods?

ok so I have been trying to eat better and get in better shape but temptations are evil! before I know it I am eating something I dont want to! does anyone have ideas of how to over come this?

I actually started eating the slim fast snack bars, they taste exactly like candy, and if you didn’t know what they were you wouldn’t be able to tell the difference!

Say to yourself; I’ll have a little bit then walk away. Or, I’ll only have as much as (name here) does. A little doesn’t hurt. Remember, try not to get too stressed out about it! That never helped anyone. Truly. Stress= weight gain.

Go for a walk~take up a sport~ don’t diet~ fill up on good food~ don’t snack too much~ if in doubt, copy someone who has a good weight (not too thin either) and is confident in what they eat.

You don’t need to worry!

LOL… i have no idea… haha i love to eat lol… but if u want to be better in shape, just exercise alot.
