I've decided that I like the appearence of an emo

Be yourself, if you are girly oh well. If you are having trouble figuring out who you are.. Try new things like talk to different kinds of people.. join a sports team (football, soccer, track, etc.) Or get into some clubs.. and you will find who you are.. Hope it helps &&& Rember to be yourself..

you’d be called scene if you look emo but aren’t… it’s also a style or fashion… I don’t know what to do about your family.. just one step at a time.. you’re family probably won’t notice to much.. we never noticed my sister started wearing black shirts everyday until she tolds us.. ^_^ so, just gradually change..

well with your parents just say you like black and stuff but cover your rist cuts with stuff like sweat bands and with the judgmental bit just tell them to f off and dont worry bout them forget bout it

Emo is a genre of music, For Christ’s sake. You will be considered a poser because people who think they’re “emo” get pissed about the fact that everyone stareotypes them as being depressed so if you’re going to say things like that you’re going to make them mad, and as far as hiding it from your family uhhh, you can’t. There;s not much you can do. Your parents im assuming are the ones who would have to buy you the clothing that “emos” wear and what not and if they don’t want to then it’s not going to happen unless you know how to talk them into things in which case, we wouldn’t be able to give you ideas on that because we don’t know your parents or the types of tricks that would get them to say “yes.” Wow, that was long…
