How to stop my dog from getting pregnant?
my female dog got out some how thanks sis …but any way when I found her she was stuck to a local dog this was just about an hour ago so is there any way I can stop this before it stars…I’m calling the vet first thing in the morning
Get her spayed…MONDAY…and they will just remove her uterus the same as if she wasn’t PG at all…(Ya know…now that I’m thinking about it, it seems there was a “morning after” pill for dogs, long before there was one for people…
Call the vet and ask…and tell sister, there’s a REASON you don’t want her out running with other dogs…

You can get her spayed. Even if she is pregnant, they will abort the fetusus and she will be spayed. Being spayed will make her less likely to wander and also help her health. Not having the puppies will help the pet overpopulation crisis not become any worse.
Maybe she should have been spayed.
