How can I lose some weight?

ok I am 16 years old and a junior in high school now. I have been struggling to loose weight for a couple years now. I weight about 190-200lbs but I dont look like it which is kinda funny. I want to want to loose weight but I have no idea on how to do it. someone please help me give me idea on what I can do please

try eating 3 meals. And 2 HEALthY snacks in between. Haha. I lost 15 lbs in 1 month by a low calorie diet AND DRINKING LOTS LOTS LOTS OF WATER!!

im in the same boat as u , i wana lose weight but i find that a good way to do it and to do it in a safe way is to just drink water as this has no calories in it, where as fizzy drinks, fruit drinks and drinks such as tea do , also water will keep u nice and healthy!! and also ive started to just eat friut through out the day ansd then my evening cooked meal , with no snacks inbetween!! if u skip meals then u wont lose weight so eat in samll amounts through out the day!! i also have started going to the gym whihc helps to burn off fat and it also keep u healthy!! all this takes time but it should be worth it in the end , and also by doing it slowly it will keep u at the weight u want to be rather than like staving ur self which can have the reverse effect cus as soon as u sttart to eat again then u put on more weight , and also losing weight slowly will not damage ur body and ur also feel great at the end!! hope ive helped!! i m like that too right now i weigh 216 but 2 days ago i was 218!! My parents and i have bought stuff for a good salad , chicken is good but not too much, they have these weight watchers bagels which i eat every morning plus some fruit !! if u need anything type to freebird22 and ill write back ASAP hope ive helped keep me updated
