If the budgie has a big white ring around the birds eye it could be about 2 or 5 years. old.If it dosnt have one and its face looks all cute and has big black or purple dot on its neck it has to be a chick.
I was always told the black lines that run on there forhead, the closer they are to the beak the younger they are and the futher back they start the older they are.
