Should I tell him I like him?

Okay, so I met this boy in my biology class, I was new to the class and the teacher sat me right by him. I thought he was the most hottest thing ever. I loved his style, and he seemed so mysterious. So.. After class it didn’t surprise me to see him.. Holding hands with a girl from out class.. She wasn’t good looking, but she had a nice body. Anyways, I decided to just ignore it, how I felt. As a week went by I noticed him looking at me. After our to week spring break I later found he broke up with his girlfriend. Our teacher always put the person next to them as partners for any project =) so I was lucky to find me and him partners. He waited for me after class and he wanted to stay after school to finish up our project. I told him I could just finish it, but he insisted he stayed and gave me his number to call him after school. Our projects led to me coming to his house, meeting the family, never getting much done because we were too distracted by each others company.. He always told me how he loved my eyes, how beautiful he thought I was.. He would tickle me, so I thought he was into me to. He toke me out on what he called a date. Some one even called and he said he would call them later cus he was on a date. He toke me to the park at night, then would drive me home. I thought it was time to tell him how I felt. His reaction wass realy?! =) I said yeah… And he said well im glad you told me but it takes me a while to start liking a girl… So I said ok. He said do I want a boyfriend? I said not right now, it all really depends. Than he says I know ill like you soon. And I said its okay ill get over it. And he says oh, ull get over it? And I said lets just forget about it. And he said he didnt want to but I never replied… When we got back to school I started ignoring him. He would always wait for me after class but I would just ignore that he was their. It was pretty weird for me until our next project together. I had to go to his house and he treated me the same, with respect, flirty… I was happy =) later the next week I tell him I have a chior concert… We talk and he tells me he has a girlfriend and shows up with her at my concert, he saw me and didnt say hi, we both new how weird that would be. I gave him a hug on the last day of school.. And he said we would hang out over summer. Well we talked still he called me hot stuff this and this… Gradually we quit really texting. Then I was invited by one of his relatives to a party yesterday… He was their. We both looked at eachother.. I could see how he was looking at me. He asked me to go dance with him, he held my hand. He had his arms around my waste, he was teaching my how to dance. He held me soo tight. We danced to a couple songs then he toke my hand and led me to the table. All in mind that he still has that girlfriend. Theyve been dateing for a month or 3 weeks now. His cousin said he had a big cheesy smile when he was dancing with me.after I was about to leave he gave me a big hug and told me he would talk to me later…

I know that theirs always been chemistry between us and I think I screwed up by telling him I would get over him and then by ignoring him after I told him for a little bit…

What do you think I should do? Should I tell him I like him?
