Can I get pregnant 1-2 days after my menstrual period?

You can get pregnant any time during your cycle, even if on your period. and if you are on your period you have a greater risk of getting diseases and infections…that is why it is important to always use protection.

While the last two posts are right in saying that you can get pregnant at any time, it is highly unlikely to get pregnant that soon after your period ends. A woman usually ovulates mid-way through her cycle and sperm can not live longer than a week (I don’t know exactly how long as I hear a bunch of different things, but a week is the absolute longest time). So don’t freak out, you probably aren’t. But just be sure to be safe :)

You can get pregnant ANY day of any month of ANY year. That’s why its important to take the right precautions if your not wanting a baby which means. -Use a condom. There is NO excuse for not wearing one. If you dont use a condom your putting yourself at risk for STDS & PREGNANCY. -Use birth control too..Remember no form of birth control is 100% effective. If your going to have sex do it the RIGHT way :)

hi I m not sure to get pregnant in the first days 1 to 5 because the egg is still on grow so is it not 100 per cent to get pregnant in thouse first days even in the last 7 days before your your period start and the most dangrouse days to get pregnant is after the first week and before your last week before your period so guy’s get back to the book don’t say samthings like that please thank you and ramadan karim.

you cant get pregnant at anytime of the month!! thats why there’s ovulation…but the thing is you might not know exactly the best time to have unprotected sex…so you might as well use protection.

actually its the same likely hood. me, my brother, and my sister were all conceived after my mothers period ( -_- thank you mother for giving us details about the nights we were concieved) and my friend jade got pregnant a few days after her period. plus in sex ed we learned about this.
