I have abdominal pains mostly on my left size

I am 15 and I’ve been dating my boyfriend for almost 2 years in july and I just recently had set with him for the first time on april 22 one day after I ended my period and then the 27 and it was unprotected I have abdominal pains mostly on my left size but its not really low .. its more under under the ribs and next to my belly button. I’ve been tested for stds and they have came back negitive and now I have my period? thats not due till another week.? and its a color I would get at the end of my period . and my boobs also are killing me anything that comes acorss your mind that could help me please .. PLEASE tell me .? and I also got my blood and pee check no infections or liver or anything like that so I have no idea whats going on
