What is going on inside me?

I need help. Im FREAKING OUT! I dont think its possible because Ive never like done “anything”. But my stomach is like sticking out. I dont think its possible because Im not experienced if you will. I’ve never done ANYTHING. But, my stomach is big and so is like my gut. I think it all in my head but I like feel a moving inside me. PLEASE HELP! FAST!!!

well, if you know you haven’t done anything then you know your not pregant. If you are not sure take a drugstore test. If it’s negitive then go get a doc check.
