What healthy food brands are out there?

Although I agree with Tori, It’s the ingredients not the brand name if your looking for fast meals for dropping weight though .Weight Watchers carry’s a variety of quick prepare foods.

I think it’s the brand not the ingredients, you just said Weight Watchers, lol. Then it comes to the ingredients because if you look at Healthy Choice Grilled Chicken Marinara with Parmesan its one serving with 280 calories, total fat 4.5g, potassium 840mg, dietary fiber 6g, protein 20g, etc. And i did say healthy food brands not your regular chicken noodle soup with loads of salt.

Yeah I didn’t phrase that right. I meant the brand alone doesn’t necessarily determine how healthy it is, until you check out the ingredients….(my bad) .

fruit and vegtables

No food is healthy when it is coming out of factories. They have been added by artificial and poisonous chemical things. Fresh food, mostly organic food are healthy.

I would call that a tad overkill, no offense.
