What are the best, healthiest coping mechanisms?

Different things work for different people. I personally use a punching bag to relieve stress, anger, sadness, etc. Being able to physically express myself in a safe way works for me. Some people write, draw, paint, shop, talk to a friend, excercise, take a walk, cry, etc. It all depends on what works for you and makes you feel better.
