I am confused. Did your breast become smaller or are you asking how to get them smaller? I will answer both. a lot during the puberty stage of a woman’s life your breasts will swell and decrease in size until they reach the size they will normally be. Its because of elevated and decreased levels of estrogen in your system. Breasts do not stay the same size throughout your life, they will change. Factors in such can be health, Weight gain/loss, Pregnancy, Age, Wearing a bra or not, and hormonal imbalances.
